What you'll do:
- Lead roadmap strategy, execution and product delivery for HUMAN’s upcoming new CyberFraud Solution in line with company goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve the product strategy, shape roadmap priorities, and define post-MVP growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of Customer needs, pain points, and workflows through direct engagement with top clients.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and research to define and deliver scalable capabilities rooted in behavioral and adversarial signals.
- Manage delivery across critical initiatives, including Customer onboarding simplification, automation of human-in-the-loop systems, and legacy product convergence.
- Establish execution rhythms across time zones to ensure momentum, unblock decisions, and drive results in coordination with technical counterparts.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to an existing team of product managers.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, operations, and go-to-market to deliver cohesive, measurable outcomes.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B products or directly leading development teams in enterprise B2B products.
- 5+ years of product management experience in highly technical domains such as cybersecurity, fraud, developer platforms, or infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams, set direction, and drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional communicator — clear, structured, and persuasive across engineering, executive, and Customer audiences
- Deep technical fluency with APIs, backend systems, detection logic, and behavioral data — able to challenge and support engineering and research teams
- Proven success shipping products at scale, coordinating across time zones, and delivering measurable business outcomes
