Reporting to the Director, Digital Product, is an individual contributor who builds and maintains the business intelligence assets that power decision-making for the Experience Data Platform. This role translates complex platform and business data into clear, executive-ready narratives that inform prioritization, investment decisions, and ongoing optimization.
The Product Manager, Data Analysis, would conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
The Product Manager, Data Analysis, would define and maintain key performance, cost, utilization, and adoption metrics aligned to business outcomes; ensures data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all insights and measures; and builds automated dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into platform health. The role also leads recurring and ad hoc deep-dive analyses across platform and business data to answer stakeholder questions, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and surface insights that guide how we invest in and operate the platform.
Success in this role requires solid analytical skills, proficiency with modern analytical, AI, and BI tools, and experience working in cloud-based data environments. The Product Manager, Data Analysis, must be able to interpret and communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for other product managers and decision-makers, and drive continuous improvement in how the Experience Data organization measures, monitors, and manages the value of the platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and manipulate data from cloud-based data management and analytics platforms to support measurement and reporting for the Experience Data Platform
- Define and maintain standardized performance, cost, utilization, and adoption metrics aligned to business and platform objectives
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide executive-ready visibility into platform health and value
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all Value & Insights datasets, dashboards, and reports
- Lead recurring and ad hoc deep-dive analyses across platform and business data to answer stakeholder questions, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product managers and other decision-makers
- Use analytics and AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to surface trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in platform and business data
- Support development and application of value and ROI frameworks to evaluate platform capabilities and modernization investments
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, and the Program & Partner
Enablement lead to link insights to decisions and track realized value against strategic goals - Prepare and deliver analysis, reporting, and presentation materials for senior stakeholders and cross-functional forums
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve data pipelines, reporting automation, and analytic methods used by the Value & Insights team
- Shift Timings: Day/Evening (comfortable working in shifts basis the product requirement)

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- 6+ years of solid proficiency in business or financial analysis using MS Excel, (Advance Excel), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data visualization
- 5+ years with cloud platform (Databricks, snowflake, Azure)
- Experience managing and manipulating data from cloud-based data management and analytics platforms
- Experience in dealing with large datasets with ease and callout inferences/queries in desired format (covering regular + Adhoc reports)
- Experience using analytics and AI-enabled tools to surface insights and anomalies
- Experience improving data pipelines, reporting automation, and analytical methods
- Proficient ability to define and maintain performance, cost, utilization, and adoption metrics
- Proficient analytical skills for conducting deep analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Solid capability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in dashboards and reports
- Proven self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proven excellent communication skills for preparing and delivering insights to senior stakeholders
