IDEXX is seeking a passionate Product Manager to own the roadmap for billing and subscription-management integrations that power pricing, quoting, invoicing, and revenue operations. This role is critical to our SaaS transformation and focuses on self-service, automation, and eliminating manual remediation steps across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
This role will be based hybrid onsite in our Auckland office. We are onsite 3 days per week, remote one.
You’ll collaborate with our Business Services Team, Finance, PMO and Revenue Operations Team to deliver scalable, reliable solutions using the VetSoft billing platform, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Snowflake, Tableau, and Chargebee.
What you will do- Drive automation: Replace manual billing processes with automated workflows and error handling.
- Enable self-service: Build tools and integrations that allow internal teams to manage subscriptions and billing without engineering intervention.
- Remove friction: Identify and eliminate manual remediation steps in billing and subscription lifecycle management.
- Define requirements and acceptance criteria for integrations between SFDC, Chargebee, and SAP.
- Partner with engineering to design resilient, auditable integrations and data flows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Services Team, Finance, PMO and Revenue Operations Team to align on priorities and outcomes.
- Measure success: Track KPIs such as automation coverage, reduction in manual steps, invoice accuracy, and subscription sync health.
- Internal teams can manage billing and subscription changes without engineering support.
- New pricing models launched without disruption, supported by clear operational playbooks.
- Manual remediation steps reduced significantly or eliminated.
- Automated workflows handle common errors and edge cases reliably.
- Accurate, timely billing with minimal exceptions.
- Sales and Deal Desk report fewer blockers and faster time to quote and contract.
- Audit and compliance reviews pass with minimal findings.
- 4 to 6 years in Product Management or related roles.
- Familiarity with billing and subscription systems (SAP, SFDC, Chargebee).
- Experience with automation and process improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in agile environments and writing clear user stories.
