Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager – Agile Qualitative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering and validating client and market needs for quick, cost-effective, agile qualitative research, including deliverables and analysis.

  • Conducting interviews with clients, lapsed clients, recent evaluators, and untapped potential customers to determine their needs.

  • Identifying key client benefits, features, and differentiators of agile qualitative approaches.

  • Assessing competitive agile qualitative offers and capabilities to enhance our positioning and win in the market.

  • Screening, assessing, and potentially implementing partnerships to expand our agile qualitative capabilities.

  • Collaborating with UI/UX designers to create early conceptual mockups of the product, including user interface, data visualization, and deliverables.

  • Working with global Product Directors and Solution Area leads to ensure alignment with existing and planned Solution portfolios.

  • Developing the overall Marketplace Agile Qualitative strategy and defining the development roadmap based on known requirements and dependencies.

  • Managing inter-dependencies and expectations with Technical Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA Leads to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Actively engaging and collaborating with relevant parties from start to finish, ensuring their input is incorporated into development iterations.

  • Reviewing the client and user experience to optimize and improve the product.

  • Prioritizing items in the product backlog to achieve goals and missions effectively.

  • Collaborating with other Product Managers and Program Management to ensure readiness for solution launch across various functions.

  • Tracking progress against targets, such as sales, revenue, global client activity, and user feedback.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and/or working with market research solutions that involve technology, particularly in the field of online qualitative research.

  • Extensive experience collaborating with clients and facilitating client workshop or discovery sessions.

  • Demonstrated understanding of business operations, including familiarity with client buyers and their purchasing process.

  • Proven growth mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Innovative individual with a sharp eye for captivating design and a strong grasp of user-centered experience.

  • Demonstrated history in project management with a focus on attention to detail and quality.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities and problem solve at strategic and tactical levels.

  • Experience leading teams from various departments and collaborating with different individuals.

  • Comfort operating in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zones.

  • Experience in defining and monitoring key performance indicators for products and utilizing data analysis tools to make informed decisions based on data.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Strong plus: Product Management experience and familiarity with products across the Creative, Innovation, and Brand solution areas.
