THE WORK:

At Ripple, we’re building the infrastructure to power the next era of finance—one that’s open, interoperable, and instant. As part of our mission to drive real-world asset (RWA) tokenization on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), we’re looking for an exceptional MBA intern to join our Tokenization Product team for Summer 2025.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work on blockchain-based solutions that help financial institutions modernize core infrastructure with atomic settlement and near real-time finality. You’ll help define how these flows work on-chain while shaping how enterprise-grade developers adopt these tools to build the next generation of institutional financial apps.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Product Management Intern, you will partner with RippleX product leads, engineers, business development, and developer relations to:

  • Define requirements and shape features that support banking use cases using blockchain primitives like escrow, tokenization, and permissioned exchanges. 
  • Research and distill institutional pain points and design how these can be executed more efficiently and transparently on XRPL.
  • Collaborate with engineering to explore solutions that support compliance, privacy, and risk controls required for institutional adoption.
  • Support internal go-to-market teams and external partners (banks, FIs, fintechs) to validate product direction and use case priorities.
  • Contribute to the design of developer experience and onboarding flows for enterprise teams building on XRPL—including documentation, tooling, and reference architectures.
  • Help prototype or spec key API and platform experiences that make it easy for FIs to onboard, integrate, and adopt blockchain-based solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, graduating in 2026.
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience, ideally with product experience in commercial banking, custody, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of collateral workflows, DVP, settlement processes, or repo/margin infrastructure in traditional finance.
  • Product intuition and structured problem-solving skills; able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about crypto and blockchain infrastructure—even if you're just starting to explore.
  • Bonus: Experience with enterprise developer tools, SaaS, or APIs.
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$43$45 USD
