Position Summary
The Lead Analyst will be a part of the Regulated Markets Network Quality team. This critical role coordinates client and pharmacy reporting and works to streamline processes to meet regulatory requirements and client contractual needs. This role is highly cross-functional, with the lead analyst working across multiple departments in the company (e.g. Supply Chain, Knowledge Solutions and Account Teams). In addition, the lead analyst will support internal projects and process improvement initiatives, will assist in gathering data to support business process enhancements and assist in issue resolution.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for working with cross functional teams to create Network Pharmacy Reporting.
- Responsible for managing requirements and creation of pharmacy compliance reporting for client paper and online directory usage and network access validation.
- Responsible to validate quality of report data and work to resolve data inconsistencies.
- Responsible to manage delivery of Client Network Pharmacy Reporting including Command Center, Internal File Transfer and External Secure File Transfer.
- Responsible for ongoing Reporting enhancements, including automation.
- Responsible for ensuring client custom requests are complete and accurate.
- Responsible for ensuring Open Enrollment reporting is timely and accurate.
- Assist in additional projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (Product Management, Analytics, Product Development) Including 1 year significant cross-functional project based experience.
- Ability to work with and influence cross-functional partners to achieve success
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and/or Pharmacy Network design preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations and documentation
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work within an environment of tight deadlines and significant pressure.
- Ability to handle complex analyses from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products with an emphasis on Excel and Access.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 73,200 - 122,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
