Profile:
We’re looking for a Product Growth Intern to join our Musixmatch Pro team, the platform used by artists, labels, and publishers to manage lyrics, metadata, and music rights worldwide. You’ll be part of the core product group, working on innovative, AI-powered tools that empower the global music industry. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help manage product initiatives from concept to release, coordinating cross teams, analyzing product data, and contributing to decisions that shape the Musixmatch Pro roadmap.

Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of new Pro features, from brief to launch.
Support cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content ops, data) by helping coordinate tasks, ensuring alignment and assisting with timely delivery.
Analyze usage data, user feedback, and market trends to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Help define feature priorities and roadmap proposals, backed by metrics and business impact.
Use no-code and AI-powered tools (e.g. Coda, N8N, Replit, Claude, etc...) to automate workflows, prototype solutions, and improve efficiency.
Maintain clear product documentation, including specs, release notes, and performance reports.
Collaborate closely with product managers to optimize internal processes and ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
Passion for music, tech, and data-driven product development.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Familiarity or curiosity for no-code platforms and AI-assisted productivity tools.
A proactive mindset, ready to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks.
Ability in data analysis and interpretation to support product decisions.
Interest or knowledge in UX design and familiarity with UX tools such as Figma.
