The Global Point of Sale (POS) and Payments Solution Delivery organization is responsible for delivering technological solutions to drive growth, enable efficiency, and improve the customer experience at the front-line in our stores. We innovate globally across all TJX banners to ensure a first-class transaction process for our customers (sales, returns, and exchanges), enable payment processing and TJX rewards programs, facilitate downstream sales audit and financial reporting, and much more.

What you’ll do
We are seeking a proactive Product Analyst II focused on POS and Payments Quality to support quality assurance efforts across our Retail Store platforms and services. This role is pivotal in supporting testing activities and ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the elicitation, refinement and functional testing of individual user stories
Develop strong product and business process knowledge of TJX POS and Payments
Act as a functional SME for stakeholders; drives the creation of test cases from acceptance criteria, technical design documentation and managing the test execution
Ensures that our testing meets organization standards for compliance
Partners and collaborates with project team members and the business to design/develop testing strategies
Support our Quality Assurance Testers, handling any emergency testing requests, day-to-day testing activities - for POS and Payment systems
Complete defect triage, escalating more complex defects to the appropriate level
Assesses software for quality, robustness and stability
Provide Product Team updates on testing status
Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members
Support business partners on UAT-related activities and questions
Performs other duties as assigned
Skill/Knowledge
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams

Proficient in Data Analysis & Interpretation
Strong Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
Great Communication & Reporting
Understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and test management platforms
