The Crown Is Yours
As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a central role and manage critical tasks such as forecasting demand, tracking renewal dates, and leading vendor negotiations. Acting as the key liaison between service providers, manufacturers, and internal departments, you'll have an opportunity to build strong supplier relationships and ensure efficient procurement processes, contributing directly to our operational success.
What you'll do as a Procurement Specialist
- Process purchase orders to acquire IT goods and services like subscription agreements, IT software, and hardware.
- Develop inventive and cost-effective procurement strategies, performing cost analysis and partnering with the FP&A team to improve global forecast accuracy and set benchmarks.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms while ensuring contract terms are favorable by working closely with the legal department.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal department leaders, external vendors, and suppliers.
- Maintain and track contract renewal dates on a weekly basis, keeping information accessible and systems and documentation updated.
- Ensure appropriate disposal of decommissioned assets and set life-cycle process end dates on all assets.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same or a similar position, preferably with software licensing, data centers, and computer hardware.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) for both written and oral communication.
- Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel.
- Detail-oriented skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, or casino industries is considered a plus.
