About The Role
We are looking for Procurement Operation Analyst who will responsible for providing subject matter advice through the application of activities designed to create collaborative relationships between Dyson and third parties in order maximize the value of Dyson’s supplier relationships
Detailed responsibilities of the job
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for organization and delivery of high-quality service for all processes within STP Procurement Domain covering not less than PR2PO Process, Supplier Onboarding, Vendor Master Data Management and Contract Management.
PR2PO
Validate Purchase Requisition and provide support for requestors
Monitor PR to PO process ensuring PO were generated and distributed to suppliers
Analyze PO failures and provide solutions to eliminate issues
Supplier onboarding
Support supplier onboarding and qualification process
Manage Vendor Master data records in Ariba and SAP S4
Contract management
Support Contract Creation in Ariba contracting module
Support Contract Management process
Understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay processes.
< >Experience in Supplier Management, Contract Management or PR2PO process,Comfortable with ambiguity, action oriented and able to balance varied prioritiesAbility to work independently and as a team member Familiar with SAP Ariba

Location & Commitments
Location will be Gurugram, and Work Hours may vary depending upon shift, shift will be of 9 hours including Lunch.

Candidate Requirements
< >Qualification must be Bachelor’s Degree and Above .Years of experience – 6 +.Knowledge of tools like SAP, Ariba, Service Now etc.Fluency in English and clear and concise communication style.Thorough and detail oriented.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point and ExcelSelf-motivated and inquisitive.
