As a NetSuite Principal Consultant will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert, leading the implementation, optimization, and transformation of NetSuite solutions at an enterprise level. This role requires deep expertise in NetSuite architecture, complex customizations, and integrations, along with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders, define strategy, and drive business transformation. You will lead project teams, oversee the NetSuite support team, set best practices, and play a key role in influencing decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Strategy & Business Transformation- Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to define and execute NetSuite strategies that align with business goals;
- Drive business transformation initiatives by leveraging NetSuite’s full capabilities to optimize operations and scalability;
- Influence decision-making by providing data-driven insights and ERP best practices;
- Manage client relationships at a strategic level, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term success.
- Design and implement enterprise-level NetSuite solutions, including complex customizations and integrations with other business systems;
- Lead the development of NetSuite architecture, ensuring a scalable and future-proof ERP environment;
- Establish best practices for NetSuite configuration, security, and performance optimization.
- Lead and mentor the NetSuite support team, ensuring efficient issue resolution and system optimization;
- Oversee the management of NetSuite support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions;
- Develop and implement best practices for system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance;
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues;
- Provide technical guidance and training to support team members, fostering continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional project teams through NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and enhancements;
- Oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget;
- Set and enforce best practices for project management, development, and deployment.
- Define and maintain system governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
- Develop and manage reporting structures within NetSuite to provide real-time insights into business performance;
- Ensure audit readiness by maintaining strong internal controls and securing approvals from internal/external auditors.
- Lead training initiatives to drive user adoption and maximize the value of NetSuite across the organization;
- Stay up to date with NetSuite advancements by participating in training, conferences, and professional networks;
- Continuously assess and enhance NetSuite capabilities to support evolving business needs.
