Principal IT Strategy & Planning Analyst - Remote lJob Description
The Principal IT Strategy & Planning Analyst IT is responsible for executing, continuously improving, and managing the health of the Resource Planning Management, Time Tracking and Communication services. In addition, this position will play a backup role for other IT Strategy & Planning services.
Responsibilities
- Executes and coordinates complex and broad reaching processes, including data management, reporting, workflow processing, communication of workflow status, and coordinating activities across multiple teams internal and external to IT
- Serves as the point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned services area(s) to support customers of the service
- Partners with stakeholders across the IT organization to gather requirements for improved services and processes
- Leads the implementation of supporting tool and process changes ensuring high level of quality and appropriate communication to stakeholders
- Conducts training for service customers and other stakeholders Provides consulting services to advise partners
- Partners closely with the finance team and all IT leaders
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- 8 years of work experience in IT, business operations or related field including 3 years of experience in process design and improvement
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
- PBM or healthcare industry experience
- Project management and/or Scrum Master experience
- Strong expertise with Excel
- SharePoint experience is a plus
- Experience in managing one or more services in the IT Strategy and Planning function

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
