Responsibilities

当チームは、プリセールス活動の一環として、顧客に於ける変革テーマ実現・推進のための支援を営業やソリューション(SE)のアカウントチームと一体となり、ビジネス視点で商談の創出からニーズの具体化に貢献するコンサルティング・アプローチを専門とする役割を担います。

そのため、顧客の変革の理由(Why?)や、変革の目的(What?)を明確化するために、顧客のエグゼクティブやキーマンと協力しながら、かつ顧客企業の経営視点やビジネス視点に基づいた様々なワークショップやヒアリング等のプログラムを提供しながら、変革に向けた構想策定を支援します。

主なチームの役割:ビジネスを創る、広げる、形にする、進める

  • 主に大手企業のCxxクラスから頂いたビジネステーマに対して、経営&役職レベルを巻き込みながら、企業が目指すありたい姿を具現化する

    • 例 : 部門を横断した顧客版 “DX” の姿をビジョンとしてデザインする

    • 例 : 徹底的な顧客目線による次世代の顧客体験を構想

    • 例 : 新事業・サービスのデザイン・構想策定支援
       

  • 経営が目指す方向に対して、Salesforceソリューションを活用した具体的実現イメージを構想する

    • 例:業務やシーンにフォーカスし、より具体的に現場の新たな働き方を可視化し、それによる顧客への提供価値を整理

    • 例:AI Agent や社内外のデータ活用などをテーマに具体的なビジネスユースケースを特定し、その技術活用による顧客・社員・パートナー企業などを含むユーザーにとって、また企業にとっての価値を整理
       

  • 社内営業チームと共に、戦略的アカウントに大きく仕掛けるための営業戦略を策定する

    • 例 : 顧客企業のホワイトスペースに対する提案アイディア出し

    • 例:社内アカウント担当チーム向け案件発掘の為の社内向けディスカッションのリード

担当するアカウントや活動範囲

  • 企業規模に関わらず、特定業界に限らない顧客企業をターゲットとする

  • 複数Cloud製品が関わるより複雑でステークホルダーが多岐に渡る商談支援を行う

  • 商談活動のためのワークショップ等の様々なプログラム開発を行う

  • 00商談の創出、01商談見極め、02課題の特定、03価値訴求の商談フェーズまでを目処に活動する

  • 日本に拠点を置く企業だけでなく、韓国、台湾の企業も活動対象となる

Minimum Requirements

  • 経営レベルのビジネス課題を理解し、本質的なテーマ・議論に導ける能力

  • クライアントコアメンバー含むプロジェクトのライフサイクル全体にわたって、コミュニケーション、プロジェクト管理をリードできる

  • 複雑、かつ曖昧な状況から進むべき方向性を考え、アウトプットし、顧客と社内関係者をリードできる

  • 業界問わず様々なビジネストレンド下で想定されるビジネス課題やニーズを仮説を持って取り組むことができ、解決の方向性へ導ける

  • 現場(部長レベル)と対等に業務の話ができ、示唆/提案をすることができる

  • デジタルを活用した新しいビジネスチャンスの推進への興味と貢献心

  • 部長クラス〜経営レベルに対するプレゼン/ドキュメンテーション/議論ファシリテーションスキル

  • 顧客の組織において、経営を巻き込みながら組織変革/改革を推進した経験

  • 事業戦略やビジネスモデルデザイン、企業変革に関する知識/経験

  • テクノロジーのトレンドとクライアントビジネスとの関連性に関する幅広い知識、興味
