We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a PMO to join our team! As a member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for providing administration and project support to project teams in the delivery of Business and IT related solutions.
About the roleKey responsibilities in the role will include tracking progress, preparing status reports, facilitating governance, assisting with resource management and budget control, managing finance processes for the project and contributing to project delivery process improvements for successful project execution.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and provide them with regular updates on project status, budgets, resources, issues, risks, etc. You will also work with team leads across the project and gain a deep understanding of project scope and deliverables.
About you- IT or business qualification
- A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite (i.e. MS Projects and Excel)
- Project planning ability
- Financial control of project budgets and billing processes
- Ability to analyse and present information
- Committed, result driven team player
- Ability to work with individuals from all levels within the organisation.
- Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills in English
