Job Description
- Actively work in the Renewable Gas (RG) Team to develop the plant arrangement for Tender and Execution projects
- Develop the layout concept for Renewable Gas plants (AD and Methanation for upgrade/retrofit proposals and execution projects)
- Prepare, update and check various plans such as layout, load tables, construction data, steel construction, platforms, ducting and piping and component drawings
- Incorporate and check of drawings from external and internal suppliers
- Ensure the exchange of all required layout data with the project team as well as with consortium partners and suppliers of engineering services
- Attend internal and external meetings as necessary to review model
- Contact person in the project team for all layout related issues in the assigned area
- Ensure maintainability, accessibility, and constructability studies in assigned area such as planning corridors, safety requirements, functionality, logistics, ease of assembly, modular design (containers, modules, skids)
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, as well as HSE requirements.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Revit (Autodesk) and other engineering tools, such as Navisworks, AutoCad
- Experience in plant / layout design Renewable Gas Plants or equivalent regarding structural and mechanical designs, piping routing and equipment/systems arrangement
- Bachelor/Master’s degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) or technical apprenticeship as Design Engineer or Plant Construction Engineer
- Profound understanding of 2D and 3D CAD methodology
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Fluency in English, Italia and German are a plus
- Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality
- Willingness to travel approx.10 %
