To accelerate lead generation and support revenue growth across Edenred’s Business Units, we are strengthening our paid acquisition capabilities.

 

As Search & Growth Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in helping our Business Units accelerate their digital acquisition performance, with a strong focus on Search (Google Ads) and B2B lead generation.

 

We are looking for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying growth opportunities, challenging assumptions, and turning insights into actionable recommendations. Beyond campaign execution, you will contribute to raising the digital acquisition maturity of our Business Units by sharing best practices and helping teams make better data-driven decisions.

 

For some of our business units you will own and optimize paid acquisition activities.

You will also act as an internal consultant, collaborating closely  with local Marketing & Sales teams across our Benefits & Engagement business line countries to ensure paid acquisition initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives and tracked and monitored. You will need to analyze business and support BUs in their business analysis, understanding the full lead-to-contract path.

YOUR ROLE 

Your key missions will be the following:

 

1) Search & Paid Acquisition Strategy Performance

  • Act as the go-to expert for Search marketing (Google Ads) across the Benefits & Engagement Business Line, while supporting broader paid acquisition initiatives when relevant.

  • Develop and progressively strengthen your expertise across other acquisition channels, including Paid Social and Lead Providers, to help identify growth opportunities and support Business Units in optimizing their lead generation strategies

  • Understand, revise and challenge Business Unit’s digital acquisition strategy through business reviews with local expert

  • Ensure consistent governance, best practices, and performance standards across markets and partners.

  • Identify optimization and scaling opportunities across channels, continuously improving cost efficiency and lead quality.

  • Track and analyze at Business Line Level the paid acquisition KPIs, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality metrics.

 

2) Campaign Management & Experimentation

  • Define and drive paid acquisition strategies for selected Business Units to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and cost-efficient leads, aligned with business and revenue objectives.

  • Own and directly manage paid acquisition activities for these Business Units, from campaign setup to ongoing optimization and performance monitoring.

  • Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing page interactions to improve performance.

  • Continuously explore new acquisition opportunities, search trends, automation capabilities and AI-powered optimizations.

  • Synchronize with local Sales team to ensure end-to-end performance monitoring from leads to contracts.

3) Business Analysis & Growth insights

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing and sales performances to provide actionable insights. Leverage analytical tools to assess performance

  • Collaborate with local teams to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and challenge current strategies. Support BUs to implement tracking and proper reporting

  • Act as an internal consultant, providing data-driven operational recommendations

  • Go beyond reporting by translating data into concrete actions that improve acquisition performance and business outcomes.

 

4) Animate your digital marketing community

  • Prepare and facilitate expert coffees and knowledge-sharing sessions share learnings,  use cases and best practices.

  • Contribute to building a culture of experimentation, continuous learning and performance improvement across the group.

  • Share successful initiatives, tests and insights with Business Units to help scale what works across markets.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or Digital Acquisition, with a strong focus on Search (Google Ads) and lead generation, ideally within an international or multi-regional organization.

  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Paid social platforms

  • Experience in a B2B environment and/or lead generation-focused business models is strongly preferred

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into action.

  • Experience with tracking, analytics, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and CRM or lead-tracking systems, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

  • Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality) to achieve marketing objectives while identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Naturally curious and eager to learn. You enjoy understanding how businesses grow, exploring new ideas and testing hypotheses to improve performance.

  • You are comfortable navigating between execution and strategy: one day optimizing campaigns, the next day discussing business performance with stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing & Sales teams, and external partners across multiple countries, fostering an environment encouraging knowledge sharing and joint problem-solving

  • Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering value to the business.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); a second language (Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.

  • The role includes international exposure and occasional travel, particularly across Europe and Latam.

  • Education: Business school degree or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent.

Skills Required
