Position Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Lead to architect and drive our customer acquisition and retention engine. This pivotal role demands a fusion of analytical rigor, digital channel expertise, and campaign management acumen to build, launch, and scale high-impact marketing initiatives that directly contribute to our core business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Design and oversee a holistic performance marketing strategy, ensuring tight integration with ACE Money Transfer's overarching business goals.
     
  • Pinpoint and capitalize on the highest-potential marketing channels and international corridors to engage our target demographics, utilizing a dynamic mix of paid search, social advertising (Meta, TikTok), and other emerging platforms.
     
  • Lead the end-to-end process of campaign creation, launch, and continuous refinement across all selected channels, relentlessly focusing on optimizing cost-efficiency and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).
     
  • Perform deep-dive analysis of marketing data to uncover trends, diagnose performance, and drive data-informed optimizations that maximize campaign ROI.
     
  • Take full ownership of the performance marketing budget, making strategic investment decisions across channels and corridors to amplify overall marketing outcomes.
     
  • Implement and manage Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) to precisely track user acquisition, attribute conversions, and leverage granular data for refining marketing tactics and budget allocation.
     
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry shifts, identify emerging growth opportunities, and ensure our strategies remain at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
     
  • Maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of the performance marketing landscape, continuously evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.
     
  • Partner with internal Creative and Development teams to ensure the delivery of high-converting, seamless user experiences.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with external departments including Product, Sales, Accounts, Customer Experience, and R&D to align marketing efforts with broader company operations.
     
  • Produce and disseminate comprehensive performance reports, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
     
  • Spearhead the development and execution of A/B testing frameworks to systematically optimize marketing funnels and boost conversion rates.
     
  • Consolidate and present performance narratives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, directly linking marketing results to strategic goals.
     
  • Conduct frequent budget audits and provide recommendations for strategic reallocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
     
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance dashboards and reports, detailing essential metrics such as cost-per-result and cost-per-transaction by channel.
     
  • Present evidence-based insights and strategic proposals to leadership, guiding future marketing investments and initiatives.
     
  • Act as a central liaison between Sales, Development, Creative, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing customer journey.
     
  • Maintain and evolve all performance marketing documentation, including campaign playbooks, channel-specific guidelines, and reporting standards.
     
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of talent within the performance marketing team.
