As a Performance and Resolution Analyst you will describe, analyze, and resolve application and system problems. The candidate will need to work efficiently across functional teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot complex issues. They will supervise the resolution of all issues assigned for their care. The analyst will raise critical issues appropriately to the supervisor and support teams and instantiate the crisis process to address critical issues. The analyst will contribute to the remediation of issues and address inefficiencies in processes and documentation of applications and systems. The analyst will identify trends in alerting telemetry data and will work proactively with other teams to solve issues. The analyst will automate or script repeatable tasks. They will work with other infrastructure teams to develop analyst training and are able to lead medium-to-high complexity operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform troubleshooting and triage of systems/networking issues while creating best practices.
- Ability to communicate trends and potential solutions to technology stakeholders for review and implementation.
- Able to direct the efforts of and train less experienced analysts.
- Assess and enforce quality of analyst efforts utilizing trend reports and ticket reviews.
- Collaborate with analysts to support, maintain, and refresh systems and networking technologies per procedures established by implementation teams.
- Coordinate Operational support efforts in system outage resolution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in systems administration or another computer-related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 5+ years of IT Operations experience or SRE roles.
