  • Establish the team as a true Center of Excellence by driving best practices, knowledge sharing, and ensuring a high standard of work.

  • Build a capable workforce and owning the full talent lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to ensuring their successful integration and performance management.

  • Empower and guide the team within an Agile SCRUM environment, focusing on their well-being, creating clarity, fostering trust and removing obstacles, so they can do their best work and deliver to the expected standards.

  • Minimum 4 of experience in management resources (10+FTE) and lead people to deliver on objectives in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.

  • Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams.

  • Ability to be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team when it comes to People Strategy & Growth, offering guidance and support to help the organization achieve its overarching goals.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
