Our HR department aims to create a great Candidate and Employee experience. The HR department is composed of three passionate teams: the Talent Acquisition Team, the People team & the University team. Your mission👇


Within the People team composed of 10 people, reporting to Julie - People Director, you will support various HR missions, including onboarding, People analytics, learning & People operations. In this central role, you will collaborate closely with team members including our Senior People project Manager, our People Experience specialist & our Payroll Manager.  

Onboarding :

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth and positive integration experience.

HR Analytics :

  • HR Dashboard: prepare the monthly HR dashboard to provide insights into key HR metrics to our Employees and Investors 
  • Pulses surveys & Happy at work campaigns: analyze survey results and edit decks to support People Manager in gauging employee mood and engagement.
  • Performance reviews: prepare quarterly performance review analyses
  • Gender Equality : calculate the gender equality index for France and other diversity metrics.
  • BDES Reporting: update the economic & social database and present it to our Works Council during the information on our HR ambition
  • Post Compensation review cycle: prepare key HR metrics for the Works Council
  • Learning report: compile and analyze learning data & import them in our LMS

Learning & Development :

  • HR learning platforms: manage & promote our learning platforms & manage the quarterly campaigns
  • Management Training: assist in the coordination of the management training programs.
  • Training Requests: handle training requests and coordinate the logistics of training sessions.

People Operations :

  • Payroll Tasks: Assist our Payroll Manager with payroll-related tasks

💪 About you :

  • You are a student from a business school or equivalent university, with a specialization in human resources.
  •  You have already demonstrated excellent ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing (in French and English) and to evolve in a dynamic environment.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office & Google suite, particularly Excel & Google sheet
  • You are rigorous and organized.
  • You are autonomous, adaptable and have a sense of priorities.
  • You wish to evolve in an international, multicultural environment, within a company culture focused on the well-being of employees.
  • You are not afraid to shake the existing for better !
