The People Development Intern will be an integral part of the team assisting in administration and delivery of learning initiatives that empower our employees to thrive in their roles. The primary focus will be to support the implementation of training programs and assist in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admin Tasks
- Assist the People Development team in scheduling, mailing and communicating of training programs.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions, organize information technology and other equipment for onsite training.
- Assist in preparing facilities to be used for training including visual aids and other materials.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and assign them to orientation and training sessions.
- Assist in monitoring training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling speakers for New Employee/Intern Orientation.
- Sending reminders for scheduled Training/Orientation to participants.
- Updating of People Development Trackers (KPI, OSH Tracker, Main Training Facilitation Tracker and etc.)
- Setting up and tracking training programs
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist in managing, maintaining and updating the company's Learning Management System
- Assist in managing and updating the user accounts in the system including enrolment and deletion of user accounts.
- Managing and updating the course contents as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
People Development Adhocs
- Reports generation of the results of the eLearning enrollments of employees.
- Build and generate reports from various systems and programs.
- Assist and support course and program design, coordination and implementation.
- Assist in facilitation of courses, workshops, webinars meetings and other events.
- Assists with manual, document and presentation creation
