Position: People Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide coaching, support, and strategic guidance to facilitate informed business decisions
- Operate as a trusted advisor to Business Units and management, acting as a primary point of contact for internal stake holders. Build partnerships that deliver value-added services aligned with organizational objectives.
- Establish ambitious HR goals through close collaboration with the business.
- Offer day-to-day performance management advise to people leaders, including coaching, counselling, career development and managing disciplinary actions.
- Lead the initiation and implementation of HR projects and garner buy-in from internal business leaders.
- Oversee large cross-functional change management projects as project manager.
- Contribute to HR Projects and lead organisation wide initiatives.
- Provide strategic input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs for people leaders.
- Collaborate with P&C colleagues in headquarters and other offices on strategic and operational issues.
MANDATE
- Work closely with people leaders and employees to improve work relationships, boost productivity and retention rates.
- Establish strong connects with employees to understand the organisational pulse
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with objective, through and effective investigations.
- Develop and implement P&C related policies
- Ensure P&C processes are complaint with legal and regulatory framework, both internal and external
- Consult with line management and provide day-to-day HR guidance
- Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills
- 12 -15 years of experience in business partnering.
About the role:
The role is a strategic individual contributor role. This role is an integral part of the India P&C management team and will work closely organisation’s senior leaders. The HR Business Partner also known as People Business Partner will have opportunities to collaborate and communicate with P&C professionals in various other regions, including EMEA and APAC.
Work timings:
- Location: The office in Gurugram is the primary work location.
- Schedule: The position involves working five weekdays with 45 hours per week.
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday are designated days off.
- Hours: Normal daytime hours with flexibility as needed.
