About the Role:
Responsible for the implementation and continued support of new and existing program setups at the payment networks.
What You Will Do:
- Ensures the appropriate network and account set-up for new programs.
- Completes, submits, and retains all necessary documentation and reports to Networks to support payments programs.
- Administers network portals and provisions internal staff and partners.
- Registers applicable third parties with networks.
- Drives annual network renewal processes.
- Updates and educates stakeholders on network rules and operating procedures as needed.
- Contributes in meetings and keeps team members informed of relevant tasks and issues including status, dependencies and expected timelines for completion.
- Reviews network forms from partners and processors for completeness and accuracy prior to network submission.
- Updates internal configuration system to reflect network setups.
- Utilizes internal case system to communicate and document network tasks within established timeframes.
- Utilizes tools and resources to navigate questions and processes.
- Navigates day-to-day tasks independently.
- Serves as an experienced resource for other team members to navigate requests.
- Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for network fundamentals.
- Identifies areas of improvement and drives solutions.
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need:
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgement. Has little or no role in decision-making.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience.

Salary range: $16.59 hourly – $29.59
The hourly range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
