The Role

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to a Sales Director within Soccer or Lead Partner Rep within the NA Soccer Sales team. You will be in charge of working within the Soccer Authenticating Partners Portfolio and will work with cross-functional team members including Marketing, Merchandising, Marketplace Supply Chain, Operations and North America Team Sales Partners to propose appropriate products to accounts and grow NIKE's Soccer Team Sales business.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Partner Representative, Soccer. The ideal candidate will have the ability to facilitate the Soccer Authenticating Partners Marketplace strategy. In particular, you will be responsible for managing Team Sales relationships and driving growth within Nike's Soccer Team Sales business.

We’re seeking someone with a high degree of curiosity & learning agility, excellent strategic account planning & project organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with external and internal cross functional teams.

We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and managing relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace.

We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customers business.

WHAT YOU BRING

This role will elevate NIKE's Soccer Team Sales business and move forward NIKE's Soccer Team Sales business to meet the company’s strategy and future.

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of field sales management in the sports industry that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
  • Strong knowledge of the sports industry both from product knowledge and marketplace trends. Passion for sports, soccer/global football preferred.
  • Experience in successfully implementing various sales programs, policies, procedures, and methodologies and in utilizing financial decision making, models and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. 
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to think strategically and provides problem-solving solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Soccer Partner representative, you will co-create and lead one or more Territory strategies to create the future of Soccer Team Sales. 

  • You will Seek, Sign and Serve the North America Soccer Team sales community..
  • Every season, you will communicate NIKE's seasonal initiatives, and at the same time, you will provide our partners with the seasonal story, strategy, and product descriptions for Soccer Team Sales. 
  • Create, Lead, and coordinate the execution of Teams Sales Agreements and seasonal business plans to maximize NIKE’s business.
  • You will work with the cross functional team to develop, apply, and track the sales strategy and key product launches to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis, and new sales opportunities.
  • Understand, drive, and scale the elevation of Soccer Team Sales across a territory and find ways to leverage best in class examples across our teams.
  • You will also be working with accounts to redefine their business and strategy and thereby elevate the marketplace and meet the needs of Soccer Team Sales consumers.
