We are looking for a Partner Marketing Development Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.

The Partner Marketing Development Manager will help establish Acronis as the preferred cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery vendor within the regional partner ecosystem. Will work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners, and execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO  

  • Help establish Acronis as the preferred cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery vendor within the regional partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing resources to adapt campaigns to the local needs of partners.
  • Work closely with regional sales leadership and partner account managers to support partner marketing needs and partner growth in alignment with sales goals.
  • Execute regional lead generation campaigns to support the partner ecosystem, grow Acronis revenue, and help increase product adoption.
  • Support global and regional partner communications to efficiently broadcast key Acronis messaging.
  • Develop new channel marketing strategies to generate revenue, including nurture campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, lead generating campaigns, email blasts, events, contests, incentives, and more.
  • Support key regional marketing initiatives by providing reporting, logistics, and operational support, including Marketing Development Funds, Purchase Orders, and marketing collateral localization/translation

 WHAT YOU BRING   

  • 5 years of relevant working experience. Preferred in B2B IT marketing area and in developing marketing strategies & partners GTM.
  • Ability to successfully work a hybrid/remote role.
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, proactive, reliable, detail oriented, strong multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities in a high frequency environment.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel to partner events and regional sales meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish. Portuguese is a bonus.
