As an Implementation Specialist at Yokoy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful adoption of our solutions and ensure the successful delivery of large and complex projects. Your responsibility will include analysing our clients' business processes, provide recommendations, and configure Yokoy’s platform to meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and collaborate with a dynamic team to drive client success.
What you'll do:
You lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.
You develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
You act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, addressing concerns, ensuring clear communication.
You collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique needs.
You translate client requirements into actionable deliverables, providing guidance on best practices.
You configure Yokoy to meet customer specifications and implement rigorous testing processes to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the solution.
You anticipate and address potential challenges to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
You develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
What would you need?
You’re an accomplished Project Manager, ideally with a track record of leading (software) implementation projects.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
You are solution-oriented with a passion for overcoming challenges.
You have an organised, structured, and analytical work approach.
You can build relationships internally and externally, and adapt communication as needed.
You are excited by challenges and have a personal drive to make a difference.
Ideally you bring a good understanding of financial processes and project management methodologies, PMP certification is a strong advantage.
Experience working with Financial SaaS products or platforms is a plus.
Fluency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
