Ericsson is seeking a high-impact Partner Account Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships across the Pacific Northwest, with a focused portfolio including Insight, CompuNet, Denali, and Right! Systems.
This role is accountable for driving partner-led growth, building deep executive relationships, and executing co-sell strategies in alignment with Ericsson's partner-first go-to-market model. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems to accelerate pipeline and revenue. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Channel Sales for the West and Central region.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end presales solution process, from discovery and requirements analysis through solution design, demonstrations, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Serve as the primary technical and solution advisor to prospective customers, positioning Ericsson Mobile Financial Services capabilities as a strategic fit for their business needs.
- Design and present tailored solution architectures addressing challenges across mobile money, digital wallets, payment platforms, and financial inclusion use cases.
- Develop and deliver clear solution narratives and value propositions for technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives.
- Create technical-commercial proposals, solution blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that articulate business value and competitive differentiation.
- Leverage your existing US market network to proactively identify, engage, and advance new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
- Stay current on US fintech market trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to reusable solution assets, including reference architectures, demo environments, and best-practice documentation.
- Support partner-led sales engagements and mentor colleagues to build presales and solution architecture capability across the team.
Skills you will bring
- 10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within fintech or financial services organizations in the US.
- A demonstrated track record of leading complex, solution-driven sales engagements in the fintech or financial services technology space.
- An established network of customer and partner contacts across the US fintech market, with the ability to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Strong technical understanding of fintech platforms, including mobile money, digital payments, wallet infrastructure, APIs, and cloud-based financial services architectures.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
- Solid skills in solution design, proposal writing, presentation delivery, and RFP responses.
- A commercial mindset with understanding of pricing models, business cases, and solution design implications.
- A collaborative, customer-first approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a US-based role while staying connected to a global team.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Variable Compensation Plan:This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
