What will your responsibilities be?

• The main responsibility of Student in HR Department is to be an executive assistant of HR Business Partner
• Internal systems and databases administration: Workday, SharePoint, MS Excel files
• HR administration (preparation of contracts, contract amendments, employee files audit)
• Preparation of reports in MS Excel
• Active participation on hiring activities (direct search, screenings, interviews)
• Communication with staffing team, leaders, employees, internal/external candidates
• Preparation of documents for internal communication (e.g. invitations, nameplates, materials, feedback forms,…) - accordingly to the need and requirement
• Supporting Fleet agenda
• Ad hoc activities related HR/ Learning & Development agenda

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• University Student
• Upper- intermediate English skills (B2 level), any other language is advantage
• Ability to work at least 20 hours/ week for a longer period (next coming year)
• Detail oriented and responsible person with pro-active approach able to learn quickly
• Good communication skills (written and spoken communication)
• Ability to work in team
