You’ll work closely with solicitors, tax advisors, and support staff - taking ownership of a varied range of tasks and contributing to the team’s success.

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of a collaborative and agile team delivering high-quality legal support across a broad range of private client work.

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist with all elements of making wills and lasting powers of attorney for clients, including taking instructions, drafting documents, and arranging execution
• Handle administrative tasks, including probate applications, inheritance tax matters, and estate accounts
• Liaise with clients and third parties to draft documents and manage files
• Support financial and compliance aspects of cases
• Contribute to team events, local networking, and profile-raising activities
• Meet quality and turnaround targets while delivering excellent client service
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters

• Paralegal or legal support experience in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate (preferred but not essential)

• Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
