What you´ll do:
- Work independently and as part of the German Country Team, collaborating closely with the Head of Germany Ecommerce, the Legal Team, and external lawyers
- Act as the first legal contact for the business in Germany, advising on commercial law, competition law, advertising law, dispute resolution, legal operations, and entity management
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts and court filings
- Support the management of external legal advisors, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication are well handled
- Monitor EU and German legal and regulatory developments and translate relevant updates into clear guidance for the business
- Prepare and deliver short internal trainings on legal topics for teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Conduct legal research, document findings, and contribute to internal knowledge management systems
- Maintain legal records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Who we´re looking for:
- Degree in Law or Business Law (Wirtschaftsjurist/in) and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of the German legal system
- Experience or strong interest in competition law, advertising law, commercial law, or dispute resolution
- Excellent legal research skills and the ability to break down complex information clearly
- Confident in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external legal partners
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with legal tech tools such as Jira, Luminance, or similar platforms
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German with strong English communication skills
