Panel and Questionnaire Manager

Role Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and logically minded candidate, who has a natural interest in FMCG sector to join a fast paced and innovative Global Operations team. This is an important role in our growing business, so we can support our key clients such as PepsiCo and Danone’s constantly evolving needs.
Our Usage Food and Drinks service is the market leading panel service from Kantar Worldpanel. It is the largest syndicated panel of its kind, collecting information from nationally representative samples in Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, Belgium, China, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support and develop the Food and Drinks Questionnaire Team to deliver today and tomorrow
- To be an inspirational and empathic leader, encouraging individuals to be engaged in their work and the wider business vision.
- Support line reports with PDPs, objectives and developments as well carrying out performance reviews
Team management
- Organise workloads and schedules
- Build and maintain a strong “team” work ethic across the department, encouraging individuals to be engaged in their work and the wider business vision
Responsible for all Questionnaire enhancements
- Planning, Coordinating and Implementing Changes whilst collaborating closely with various collaborators to ensure we deliver to client’s needs
- Enhance our product and questionnaire system and assisting in any new country or product launches.
Owning relationship with Panel Partners and ensuring Panel important metrics are met
- Ensuring Fieldwork start and close on schedule, selecting sample for relevant projects
Assisting with Data Queries
- Investigate panel and data related queries
Key skills/experience:
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects at once
- Strong computer skills with a good solid understanding of Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse data
- Previous experience (3-4 years) in project management / market research will be beneficial
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Knowledge of questionnaire scripting systems such as Confirmit, Dimensions, QMob, Tivian.
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft SQL Server Databases
