Manage and maintain accurate employee data in Workday system.
Oversee P&O Operations and Payroll operations, including organizing personnel records in digital and physical formats.
Prepare essential HR documents including employment contracts, resignation letters, confirmation letters, and new hire materials.
Conduct comprehensive new hire orientations, coordinating briefings across departments and onboarding feedback.
Manage the e-Leave portal and serve as first point of contact for payroll and leave enquiries.
Handle complete on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including exit interviews.
Maintain company directory, organizational charts, and India region holiday listings.
Manage employee insurance coverage and coordinate yearly renewals with providers.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Support P&O projects and partner with Business Partner on daily operations.
Drive continuous improvement for HR processes and manage employee engagement initiatives like birthday and anniversary recognition.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in HR Operations, P&O Operations, or Payroll administration.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Excellent data management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and leave management systems.
Solid organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proactive problem-solver with integrity, honesty, and professional demeanor.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized university.
