The Role

OVE Sales Executive
One of the most important jobs in the auto industry doesn't happen under a hood; it happens behind a desk.
We're hiring a OVE Sales Executive to drive our online auto auctions at Manheim (part of the Cox family of businesses). In this role, you will use your digital expertise to enhance our online presence, connect with potential customers and drive sales growth.

What You'll Do
You'll ensure a smooth sales process between buyers and sellers and develop lasting relationships with Manheim customers. Here's a closer look at how you'll make an impact:
• Meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
• Reach out to the bidder and seller to inform them of an offer and try to finalize the deal.
• Encourage referrals from field sales, dealer services and dealer concierge for buyers looking for specific inventory.
• Use location data to find sales opportunities.
• List units on OVE (an online source for vehicle inventory) for clients.
• Advise sellers on how to price units to optimize sales.
• Work with location marketing team to promote OVE.
• Train dealers/sellers to improve their online sales skills.
• Process units sold on OVE.
Who You Are
You're not just friendly and personable; you're also well-versed in using digital tools and platforms to engage customers and drive sales. Here's what else you bring to the table:
Minimum:
• A high school diploma or GED and 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and service.
• The ability to work independently within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
• An associate or bachelor's degree.
• Automotive, auction or e-commerce experience.
• An understanding of used vehicles, damage assessments and valuations.
• Experience using Salesforce.

USD 23.56 - 35.38 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is $23.56 - $35.38/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $12,000.00.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
