Outside Sales Representative | Dallas/Fort Worth Market

Hose-Fast (powered by Colliflower, Inc.)  is a premier distributor of high-performance fluid connector solutions. We don’t just sell hose and fittings; we provide the technical expertise that keeps our customers’ operations running. We are seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to dominate the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
If you are a self-starter who enjoys the "thrill of the hunt" and has a knack for technical problem-solving, we want you on the front lines.
The Mission
As the face of Hose-Fast you will manage a dedicated territory with a focus on:
  • Market Expansion: Hunting for new opportunities in OEM, MRO, and Reseller markets through daily on-site visits and aggressive lead qualification.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Going beyond a "vendor" status to become a trusted advisor for our customers.
  • Technical Consulting: Mastering our full fluid connector product line to provide "best-fit" solutions for complex hydraulic and pneumatic challenges.
  • Team Synergy: Partnering with Store Managers for "Sales Blitzes" and ensuring our customer service remains the gold standard in the industry.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of successful sales experience (if you’ve sold in the fluid power or industrial space, that’s a major plus).
  • Technical Curiosity: A solid understanding of fluid connectors and the desire to become a subject matter expert.
  • Communication Mastery: The ability to negotiate at a high level and influence decision-makers.
  • Road-Ready: A valid driver’s license, a clean record, and a reliable vehicle are non-negotiable. You’re comfortable being on the move and visiting active job sites.
  • Autonomy: You don't need a micromanager. You have a "customer-first" work ethic and the discipline to manage your own itinerary and reports.
