About the role

As an Out of Home Specialist, you are responsible for the analysis, planning, advising, buying, and monitoring of optimal Out of Home media campaigns. Your daily tasks include media planning and buying at both client and campaign level. You’ll be in regular contact with media owners and agencies to discuss pricing, developments, and future collaborations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll join a small team of enthusiastic media specialists, each contributing in their own way to the success of creative campaigns. To succeed in this role, you’ll build and maintain relationships with advertisers, media owners, and planners to achieve the best results, create opportunities, and drive revenue. Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding OOH projects;
  • Providing distinctive advice with creative and tactical media strategies to offer clients effective OOH communication solutions;
  • Using tools and research to support and substantiate media plans;
  • Requesting quotes from media owners;
  • Developing proposals and maintaining various client-level schedules;
  • Successfully managing campaign budgets;
  • Handling campaign-based media buying;
  • Monitoring deadlines;
  • Contributing to client-related content and documentation;
  • Developing creative concepts for both traditional and digital OOH;
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions;
  • Delivering clear reporting and evaluations to clients;
  • Keeping your knowledge of the media landscape up to date and continuously developing it.

What we expect from you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and media;
  • Programmatic experience is a plus;
  • Master’s level working and thinking capacity;
  • Knowledge of the Out of Home and/or digital media landscape is a plus;
  • A commercial mindset with a strong eye for opportunities;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adjust as needed;
  • Persuasive communication and a clear vision;
  • Creative problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills;
  • A true team player.
