Order Fulfillment Specialist plays an important role ensuring inventory challenges are handled appropriately and efficiently. This job is a great opportunity for someone looking to further advance their career in operations and logistics.
What You'll Do
- Review and problem solve orders to ensure optimal delivery for an exceptional customer experience
- Second to the OFS lead, will serve as back up when needed
- Actively communicate with customer care to ensure expectations are aligned
- Have a strong understanding of our inventory as well as our KPIs
- Process and monitor sensitive orders (LMO, escalated orders & overnight shipments)
- Be a problem solver and provide feedback and solutions for improvements.
- Communicate with the customer care team and let them know about changes in inventory availability as needed.
- Suggest process and system improvements as you see necessary.
- Track customer care errors for coaching opportunities
Who You Are
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years in fulfillment or warehouse related experience
- Experience with a WMS system like HighJump is preferred
- Works well under pressure-with little to no supervision
- Positive, confident, enthusiastic with excellent attention to details
- Reliable, punctual, efficient with a passion for helping others
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Not afraid to go the extra mile and always thinking of the customer!
