Order Entry Specialist – Smart Cabinetry

Job Type

Full-Time Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00

We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our Order Entry Specialist team.  The ideal candidate will encompass the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently in high volumes.
  • Highly analytical and detail oriented with ability to demonstrate competence of details and to articulate those details.
  • Maintains knowledge of changes to pricing and/or availability of products and communicates these changes with customers when necessary.
  • Maintains knowledge of thousands of product SKU’s.
  • Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team player that feels successful when the team succeeds.
  • Ability to manage deadline-driven tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum high school diploma: college degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in administration support.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office applications; able to navigate other related software.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
