Order Entry Specialist – Smart Cabinetry

Full-Time Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our Order Entry Specialist team. The ideal candidate will encompass the following:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently in high volumes.
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with ability to demonstrate competence of details and to articulate those details.
- Maintains knowledge of changes to pricing and/or availability of products and communicates these changes with customers when necessary.
- Maintains knowledge of thousands of product SKU’s.
- Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service.
- Team player that feels successful when the team succeeds.
- Ability to manage deadline-driven tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma: college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in administration support.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office applications; able to navigate other related software.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
