Role Overview: HRIS Specialist – Functional expert is responsible for providing professional comprehensive functional support and HR process expertise for Oracle HCM solution to ensure timely issues resolution and enhancement of processes and Oracle HCM solution. The role will support transition of Oracle HCM to Redwood.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by investigating, troubleshooting, resolving incidents and requests for Oracle HCM on global level (e.g. Core HR, Absences, Goals, Compensation) within SLAs or escalating to Application Management Support partner.
- Deliver expert level support especially in functional area for Oracle HCM, HR processes, user and data management, data expertise.
- Proactively identify opportunities for HR processes and system improvements and optimization and help to implement them, responsible for Oracle HCM NPS score improvements via system improvements.
- Manage efficiently tickets escalated to AMS and coordinate internal teams to deliver early issues resolution within SLAs that are in line with our system set up, security and HR processes.
- Perform comprehensive testing of issues fixes and new releases.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional and geographical teams to provide excellent support and leverage partnerships to improve our HR processes, data accuracy and system management.
- Cooperate with Knowledge manager on creation and maintenance of knowledge management content, identify and raise knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements via Oracle Guided Learning, cooperate on educating of our HR Key users community.
- Support transition to Redwood.
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HRIS administration and support, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HR.
- Experience with issues resolution at Tier1 level in ticketing tool
- HR professional experience welcomed to understand HR processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot process and technical issues and implement solutions.
