We are looking for you, if you:
- Have an extended knowledge of Oracle databases,
- Are able to work with Linux/Unix systems,
- Have an experience with pipelines architecture (CDAAS) like Azure pipelines,
- Are good with scripting languages (Shell, Python).
You’ll get extra points for:
- Ansible knowledge,
- Knowing SQL and PL/SQL well,
- Having experience with repository technology like GIT or similar version control system,
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operational Oracle Database Support: Provide expert support for Oracle databases on the EXA (Database as a Service) platform and virtual machines (VMs), ensuring seamless operations,
- Standby Support: Be a reliable point of contact for standby support, ensuring our databases are always up and running,
- Performance Tuning: Utilize your skills to fine-tune database performance, enhancing speed and efficiency,
- Enhance Reliability: Implement innovative solutions to boost the reliability and stability of our database services,
- Customer Support: Use your platform knowledge to assist customers, helping them get the most out of our services,
- Knowledge Sharing: Empower our consumers by sharing your expertise, helping them become more self-sufficient and confident in managing their databases.

Our team consists of 14 talented engineers located in Poland, Amsterdam and India. Beyond database support, we offer training, tooling, automation, and workshops to our consumers, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
