Summary:
The Ylopo Coach is a pillar of the Ylopo Training Team; Ylopo Coach should be an active Realtor and Ylopo user, pulling from that experience to coach Ylopo clients to success on the platform. Areas of focus should include navigating the Ylopo platform, creating sustainable daily workflows, and using Ylopo with the clients' CRM.
The Ylopo Coach will support clients in all phases of the client lifecycle, from in setup to seasoned users. Internally, the Ylopo Coach will work closely with the Client Success department and will provide support through coach-the-coaches and train-the-trainers sessions.
Coaching will be the primary focus of this role; however, fundamental understanding of Ylopo systems and the CRM at hand is critical for client success. As such, conducting systems training will be required in some instances.
Trainings/Coachings will be conducted in various settings, including 1:1, team-based, train-the-trainer, and group webinars. Office hours will also be a vital component of this role. Trainings and meetings should be interactive and conducted over Zoom video with clients and internal team members.

Requirements:
- Active, licensed Realtor®
- Ylopo user of at least 1 year
- Professional manner
- Consistent work habits and strong work ethic
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with Real Estate coaching
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, and work independently toward deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well in a small group setting

- Ability to take the initiative and see projects and tasks through to completion
- Ability to understand and convey detailed information about our services and systems
Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a high quality training experience to Ylopo clients
- Perform training in individual and team settings for clients
- Lead coaching calls with clients
- Conduct group training sessions via webinar on a regular basis
- Host client office hours
- Respond (via phone/email/text) to all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support
- Develop great client relationships to keep clients excited about working with Ylopo
- Speak confidently and professionally with clients
- Serve as subject matter expert for Ylopo process and workflows
- Learn the ins and outs of Ylopo product
- Collaborate with client success, sales, billing, marketing, product, and technical teams on special projects/phone outreach campaigns as needed
- Serve as a mentor toTraining Team members
Specific Tasks:
- Conduct 1:1 or team training sessions for clients
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with clients
- Host office hours for clients
- Host regular group training webinars
- Handle escalated client calls with a training/coaching component
- Join retention calls as needed
