The Impact You Will Make
This position is responsible for the day-to-day security operations in all of our offices. Some of these duties include: Daily camera and card reader audits to confirm functionality and identify/flag/assess irregular access attempts, new hire key card creation and distribution, vendor key cared creation and distribution, prompt key card deletion for terminations, managing the Security Zendesk queue, documentation of threat escalations (both with internal employees and external parties), coordinating our external security contractors, assist the Workplace Security Manager with project managing new device installations and policy/procedure development, reporting for Workplace Security metrics. Duties assigned and as needed by business.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day Kastle management (Vendor)
- Daily card reader and camera audits
- Coordinate with Kastle on any issues that arise
- Access credential management- employees and vendors
- Keycard creation/deletion/suspension
Security Contractor Coordination:
- Coordinate external security contractor access and information for investigation documentation
Security Policy/Procedure:
- Assist the Security Manager in adopting new policies/procedures to enhance workplace security/safety
- Support our Workplace Security Manager in implementation and communications
Security Zendesk Queue:
- Daily review and management of incoming employee keycard requests
- Daily review and management of incoming new hire and termination notifications
Workplace Security Reporting:
- Daily in/out reports
- Access audit reports as requested
- Provide ad-hoc reports as needed for business needs
- Maintain spreadsheets and other documents for tracking purposes
- Assistance in creating new security spreadsheets as warranted
- Monthly reporting for GH Security and Zendesk Workplace metrics
Envoy:
- Train and support our Office Coordinators with the Envoy guest registration system
- Troubleshoot device or service issues

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Keen attention to detail, critical thinking and analysis skills
- Ability to work in close collaboration with others in a team environment
- Computer literacy and proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software(Google, Microsoft office)
- Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
