MISSION

Lev is in hyper-growth and hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to own all aspects of the office operations that create a comfortable and optimal working environment for our team. As one of the first hires on our People team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping Lev’s culture and overall employee experience by overseeing facilities for our NYC office with 50+ employees. The ideal candidate takes pride in crushing to-do lists, easily builds relationships, is always thinking a few steps ahead of the game, and has an unrivaled ability to pay attention to details without losing sight of the bigger picture. This role will be tailored to experience level and evolve as Lev grows.

Responsibilities

  • Keep our headquarters running smoothly and all of our team members happy by serving as the point of contact for general administrative office needs, including: weekly grocery orders, daily catering, office supplies, and other thoughtful perks
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office procedures, layouts as well as sourcing and installing equipment
  • Streamline core processes 
  • Partner with the VP of People in designing solutions to support an inclusive environment where a diverse group of people can and want to do their best work
  • Setting up new hires’ computers and assisting with any troubleshooting
  • Be the go-to person for all IT troubleshooting and AV needs

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a support or office management role preferred but definitely not required
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while wearing many hats
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • A passion for organizing and optimizing processes
  • Self-motivated and self-aware
  • Incredibly patient with a knack for explaining things in a very human way, especially technology
  • Exemplify grace under pressure and are highly capable of executing in a fast-paced environment
  • Regardless of how big or small the task, you approach it with energy and enthusiasm
