WIRE/RECONVEYANCE SPECIALIST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position is responsible for reviewing notes and related loan documents to be able to accurately represent terms in payoff statements, demand letters, incoming wires and real estate reconveyance at loan payoff. Position will also review all collateral items to ensure adherence to established Bank and department policies.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Accurately process incoming wires and reconveyances for real property and collateral at loan payoff
- Review loan note and related loan documents utilized to prepare a demand/pay-down/payoff statement
- Meet service level quality and production targets
- Researches and follows up on exception items relating to paid loans. Ensures that lenders and various related departments are notified of pending items and follows up to clear up exceptions.
- Process paid loans, review demand files and forward appropriate documents to borrower as paid and archive the file
- Maintains a proactive commitment to established bank programs, such as Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Affirmative Action.
- Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations
- Minimum 1 year of MS Office Experience
- Minimum 1 year working in the Financial Services Industry
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Bank personnel, departments and customers.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel would be required
- Proficient P.C. skills
