Job Description Position Summary
Wealth Management Operations Client and Employee Experience team is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill an open Marketing Analyst role. This is a fairly new role created to assist in executing communications across the Private Bank business and Operations to improve our overall client and employee experience. The focus will be on the creation and execution of visual materials for presentations, marketing and training needs. This individual will also monitoring incoming communications and feedback, analyze/assign feedback, and report/track feedback to resolution. Additional responsibilities may include design and setup of SharePoint and Web pages.
Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members, as well as with other teams within the firm
  • Effectively execute visuals to support client and employee experience communications including: presentation, marketing, and training materials
  • Prioritize tasks and assignments to meet deadlines, and escalate concerns to direct manager
  • Develop knowledge of the Wealth Management Organization, key applications and program roadmaps
  • The selected individual may be asked to assist with other tasks / projects at management discretion

Requirements

  • Three to five years of UX experience
  • Exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, Figma, Axure, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
  • Understanding of how design translates to code
  • Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Understanding of accessibility and the ability to apply that to design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint)
