Who we are looking for
The Vice President of Operations will play a crucial leadership role as this position will lead most of all employees and operations. This position requires extensive leadership skills and global experience. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for several key areas of Operations including but not limited to Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational policies and procedures and operational excellence areas.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the areas of procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing.
  • Oversee planning, maintenance, and efficiency.
  • Develop and operate a contract manufacturing strategy for global assembly and distribution.
  • Prepare operational reports and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance on a company, state, and federal level.
  • Drive sustainable growth and minimize losses.
  • Review budgets and staffing.
  • Perform employee reviews and develop corrective action plans.
  • Working with the executive team to set company performance goals.


Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Exceptional track record of leadership
  • 20+ years of operational and leadership experience in a global company
  • Superior project management oversight skills
  • Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of all facets of business
  • Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in the oversight of excellent lean 6 Sigma and TPM practices
  • Experience with the implementation of ERP and project management systems
  • Knowledge of IT/business infrastructure
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Understanding of analytics and performance metrics (KPI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


Work Environment:

  • Time will be split between Hawaiian Gardens, San Bernadino, and Fountain Valley as needed
  • Competitive salary range $170,000-$210,000
