About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for an exceptional leader to build the segment of our business centered on our world-class, comprehensive network of behavioral health providers. The VP of Network Operations will lead our efforts to maximize the impact and value from Lyra’s nationwide network of over 5,000 behavioral health providers and drive our vision to expand our offering to include higher levels of care. This VP will be a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative general manager capable of establishing and executing a multi-year business plan that includes rapidly scaling operations, unit-economic discipline, and new business launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own Lyra’s national network of behavioral health providers
  • Lead a team of 40+ Lyra staff across network development, provider success, and center of excellence teams
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to scale Lyra’s outpatient network to ensure our growing client base can quickly access appropriate behavioral health services
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to expand Lyra’s network to include a comprehensive range of BH services
  • Establish Lyra as the preferred partner for top BH professionals 
  • Develop and deliver presentations to highlight network capabilities for customers + prospects
  • Develop 3-year financial model for DA to meet Lyra’s long-term goals
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure the highest quality standards for DA providers 
  • Develop and launch DA pricing strategy, in partnership with Lyra’s Go-to-Market team 
  • Partner with Provider Network Operations team to ensure high-fidelity billing operations and financial reporting

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare services and/or technology
  • Experience building and managing healthcare provider networks, or similar related experience
  • Experience partnering with clinical leaders to build + scale high-quality healthcare services
  • Successful track record of leading teams through rapid growth 
  • Strategic thinker capable of designing and launching new business initiatives and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Data-driven decision-maker
  • Self-starter, capable of driving business outcomes with minimal direction
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience preparing and delivering high-quality executive-level communications
