Our platform matches patients with exactly the right person for their needs, whether it’s experience with a certain condition, gender, race, location, life experience, etc.

Are you a commercial leader who enjoys operations? Do you care about improving mental health for millions of people? If so, this might be the role for you.
Path is growing, fast! We’re looking for a VP of Growth. You will be responsible for growing our national provider network from sales through relations. There is a “war for therapists” and without therapists, we can’t treat patients. There are many aspects to consider from rates to incentives to capacity to licensing, just to name a few. You will need to work cross functionally with our VP of Demand to ensure marketplace balance, with our VP of Partnerships to make sure we can deliver on contracts, with our VP of Product to build the best provider experience possible, with our VP of Marketplace to ensure geo coverage, with our finance leaders to ensure unit economics are strong, and our clinical leaders to ensure quality.
What you will be doing
- Working closely with others to ensure overall growth and strong unit economics
- Own the supply funnel from lead through full provider, continuously optimizing it
- In charge of growing the largest and highest quality mental health network in the country
- Iterating and improving our provider value proposition
- Making our providers love the Path experience
- Hiring and managing a commercial and ops team

- Passionate about mental and behavioral health.

- Data & analytics. You don't need to be the strongest analytical person on the team, BUT must be able to know where to point team members, what to measure and pull actionable insights from data
- Motivated by commercial goals. Consistently overachieving quota and a great storyteller.
- An experienced and respected leader. You lead through your ability to hire, motivate, inspire and get leverage from a team. You have an operating system to manage your team’s performance, potentially including dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, etc that allow you to know where there is success and where there is opportunity.
