Overview
Are you a commercial leader, skilled at operations, and managing large GTM teams? Do you care about improving mental health for millions of people? If so, this might be the role for you.
Path is growing, fast! We’re looking for a VP of Growth, to continue this momentum. As VP of Growth, you will be responsible for growing our national provider network from pre-sales to onboarding and credentialing, through to post-sales and retention. This market is supply-constrained, and we’re looking for someone to lead the charge in terms of increasing our therapist network and therapist utilization so we can treat more patients. There are many aspects to consider from rates to incentives to capacity to licensing, just to name a few. You will report directly to Path’s COO, and work cross-functionally with our finance leaders to ensure unit economics are strong and with our clinical leaders to ensure quality, all while leading a substantial growing team, to build the best provider experience possible.
What you will be doing
- Grow the largest and highest quality mental health network in the country
- Own the supply (provider) funnel from lead through to fully utilized provider, continuously optimizing workflows
- Develop and drive forward Path’s value proposition for therapists
- Maintain and enhance a customer-first experience for Path’s providers, leading to provider satisfaction and retention
- Hire and manage a commercial operations team (including sales, onboarding, and post-sale customer relations)
- Ensure sustainable CACs and strong unit economics
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of commercial experience leading sales, account management, or general management (focused on growth)
- 5+ years leading and layered teams (managing managers)
- Ability to hire, motivate, inspire and get leverage from a team
- Experience building operating systems to manage your team’s performance (dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, etc) indicating where there is success and where there is opportunity
- Passion for mental and behavioral health
- Strong business judgment and a nose for value
- Experience optimizing processes and operations
- Preference for MBA and/or consulting experience
