We are looking for an Vietnamese Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Our Restaurant Technical Support Specialist is obsessed with problem-solving and efficiently resolving advanced software and hardware issues beyond the scope of Level 1 Agents. We emphasize communication skills, thinking outside the box and relating to our merchants' business and needs. 

You will:

  • Guide Level 1 Agents on support tasks
  • Handle escalated issues
  • Monitor and complete Zendesk Tickets
  • Identify technical issues and use appropriate troubleshooting steps leading to resolution
  • Collaborate across departments to address client needs

Requirements: 

  • Must be fluent in Vietnamese
  • 1+ years of Restaurant POS front or back end usage experience
  • 1+ years of Technical Support/Customer Service experience
  • Proven ability to meticulously document case handling
  • Experience using Point-of-Sale systems, either in a support or end-user capacity
  • Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box 
  • Experience implementing, training, and supporting SpotOn Retail Terminals
