Project44 is recognized as the global leader in real time transportation visibility and has the vision of becoming the connective tissue for the global supply chain. Critical to this ambition is the scope, scale and quality of the project44 Network. project44 is looking for a Vice President of Global Network Operations to lead strategy and operations for the Network to enable us to secure and extend our leadership position through world class planning, operational efficiencies and scaling initiatives. The role will report into our SVP, Global Network. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Own the strategic planning process for global network across all modes and geographies 
• Drive global process improvement and standardization, including the identification of bottlenecks and areas for improvement 
• Create playbooks for geographic expansion, including build/buy/partner, resource plans and prioritization 
• Deliver and automate network reporting and analytics to provide insights and support decision making 

• Develop KPIs for all Network activities that balance outcomes and efficiency   
• Bring rigor to industry research, market analysis to improve decision making and execution speed 
• Own and manage other critical strategic initiatives 
• Work closely with modal and geographic leaders, as well as extensive cross functional work across p44 
• Quickly build a deep understanding of our business, by partnering closely with various internal stakeholders globally, from Product & Engineering to Sales & Marketing 

Requirements and preferred skills: 

• You have built and led teams before 
• You have 7+ years supply chain/logistics experience and have worked in fast paced, agile companies 
• BS degree in Business, Economics, IT, International Affairs or other relevant qualification
